Build One South Africa (BOSA) is an independent political platform dedicated to unearthing home-grown leadership in every community around the country. Founded and led by Mmusi Maimane, we are home to a collection of citizens that are committed to democratising the empowerment of all South Africans.

5) Integrity - We adopt a theory of justive that actively addresses inequality borne out of our racial past; and to build a society that eliminates discrimination on the basis of race, gender and class. This is to ensure that we build one South Africa for all.

 

6) Active Citizenship - We are active members of our communities and seek to contribute to their development and growth.

 

7) Accountability - We are accountable to ourselves, our constituencies and to the BOSA Code of Conduct.

 

8) Equality & Inclusiveness - We treat all candidates and citizen-members with equality, and afford equal opportunity regardless of race, gender, age or other non-meritocratic factors.

 

9) Servant & Ethical Leadership - We serve the greater good of the collective. BOSA's mission is to help communities to build the South Africa they aspire to live in. We will use our political influence to amplify the voices of our constituencies.
